Our team is headed by the founder of R & R Associates Consulting Roshanga Wickremesinghe, who counts over ten years of senior operations management and business process reengineering experience prior to setting up R & R Associates consulting. The experience spans diverse sectors and industries and he brings in a unique blend of local, regional and international experience. Some of his experience covers working with organizations with ISO9000 and Capability Maturity Model-CMM and with organizations trading with Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), ASEAN + 1 (Mainland China) Free Trade Area, Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA), European Union (EU), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC).

Over the years we have worked with other reputed Business Development Service Providers as well as free-lance consultants and industry experts who can come together as a team to deliver projects. He also holds an MBA from the University of Cambodia. A firm believer of the “life-long learning” concept, and with the continuous increase in role complexity has endeavored to attend various workshops, seminars, and short study courses to keep up to date with developments in his profession.
